Operation Urban Water Espraiada

It should be opened by 2014, along with the Linear ParkMeadows Tietê year's World Cup in Brazil.

The Royal Road Park Complex includes the neighborhoodssurrounding the Stream Water Espraiada on the south side of São Paulo. The project has as one of its main goals to revitalizethe region with the creation of public spaces for leisure and sports.

The first phase of the Transportation Complex Real park, whichwas open to vehicles March 24, 2006, consisted of the delivery oftwo access viaducts towards Castelo Branco / Interlagos and Avenida Morumbi, direction City / Centro. Drivers can, through the Morumbi Bridge, access the new connection with thejournalist Roberto Marinho Avenue, towards Jabalpur.

This first phase provides improvements in performance sensitivetraffic engineer Avenida Luis Carlos Berrini, Avenida Dr. ChucriZaidan Largo and Los Andes, and offer new alternatives foraccess to the Marginal Pinheiros Avenue Journalist RobertoMarinho.As Transportation Complex works that continuetranspositions for the construction of the Pinheiros River on twocable-stayed bridges.
Another important aspect of the work was to generate 450 direct jobs in construction and in the thousand indirect sub-contractorsand suppliers.

The resources to fund such interventions within the area of Operation Urban Water Espraiada come from the sale at auctionof Certificates of Additional Construction Potential, the Cepac's,and also the investment budget of the county.
